March With Us — Locally

Since the election, Planned Parenthood has received an incredible outpouring of support. We’ve been contacted by many people who are looking to stand together for women’s rights, human rights, and justice for all.

Across the nation, marches are being organized in solidarity with the main Women’s March on Washington, which will be held January 21.

We hope that you will join Planned Parenthood staff, volunteers, and supporters at 10 a.m. on January 21 at the local San Diego Women’s March or at the Riverside Women’s March. Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest will be participating as a contingent in the San Diego Women’s March and at the Riverside Women’s March and anyone who supports human rights, civil liberties, tolerance of diversity, and compassion for our shared humanity is invited to attend.

Meet the 53rd Anniversary Dinner Chairs

The Chairs of the 53rd Anniversary Dinner, Rosette Garcia and Dan Kisner, trace their ardent support of Planned Parenthood to a Sunday over a decade ago when anti-abortion protestors infiltrated their UU church, disrupting the talk of the invited guest, then-CEO of Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest Mark Salo. This distressing event led Dan and Rosette, already Planned Parenthood allies, to step up their support, which has increased steadily over the years. Here’s why they said yes to Planned Parenthood:
